Return & Exchange Policies

We are happy to help you with your exchanges and returns.  It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. 

 

EXCHANGES

To expedite the exchange process please be sure to follow all of the following steps to complete a successful exchange:

• Exchanges can only be made within 30 days of purchase.
• Original packaging and a receipt must accompany the exchange. No exceptions to this policy.
• All tight and undergarment sales are final.

 

RETURNS

To expedite the return process please be sure to follow all of the following steps to complete a successful return:

• Must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• ALL TIGHT AND UNDERGARMENT SALES ARE FINAL.
• Original packaging and a receipt must accompany the return. No exceptions to this policy.
• Shoes must not be worn, and should be returned in undamaged shoeboxes. ($2.00 charge if shoe box is damaged)

 

SPECIAL ORDER RETURNS/EXCHANGES

The above return and exchange policies apply to Special Orders. However, Special Order returns/exchanges will be charged a $5.00 restocking fee.
